Treatment process

During the study, you may undergo the following:

The study will last just over 1 year, with one last visit occurring one year later, and is

divided into several key phases:

Screening (2-6 weeks)

Lead-in (2 weeks)

Short-term (ST) initial treatment with dapagliflozin, saxagliptin, or placebo (26 weeks)

Long-term (LT) continued treatment with dapagliflozin, saxagliptin, or placebo (26 weeks)

Post-study visit (occurring at week 104)

Benefits
